Plans run month to month after the first year; cancel with 30 days' notice. The Home Care Credit applies to labour on eligible repair and maintenance work — it has no cash value and doesn't roll over. Our checkups are maintenance visits, not licensed home inspections. Filters and detector batteries are billed at cost.
